Accommodation Rules
Dear guests, welcome to our Tauhaus and we wish you a pleasant and undisturbed stay.
Guest Accommodation
The accommodation rules apply to all stays of guests in the accommodation facilities of the provider Glocal Consulting, s.r.o., ID No.: 25775189, VAT No.: CZ25775189, registered office at Na Marně 1135/7, Bubeneč, 160 00 Prague 6, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 243703 (hereinafter referred to as the “provider” or “we”). It applies to the rules of stay in the Tauhaus building, associated buildings (barn, yoga studio, wine bar, pergola, caravan, outdoor sauna) and the garden area (hereinafter referred to as the “accommodation facility” or “property”).
The provider may accommodate guests who are duly registered. For this purpose, guests are required to present their ID card, passport, or other valid document replacing their ID card to the provider's employee upon arrival at the latest. Based on these documents, guests will be registered; in the case of foreign nationals, guests will be reported to the foreign police.
After registration, the guest will be allowed to enter the common areas and the selected room of the accommodation facility.
As a representative of the facility, the guest will receive a set of six keys, one of which is for the entrance door to the Tauhaus building and the others for the other associated buildings.
Guests are required to vacate their rooms by 10:00 a.m. on the last day of their stay. If guests do not vacate the accommodation facility without prior agreement with the responsible employee of the provider, the provider is entitled to charge them a fee for extending their stay in the amount of CZK 1,000 per room.
No later than 10:30 a.m., it must be possible to start cleaning the rooms and common areas of Tauhaus.
If the guest does not vacate the room at the specified time on the day of departure and is not present, the provider reserves the right to clear and store the guest's belongings so that the property/room can be made available for the next reservation. In such a case, the guest will be charged a storage fee of CZK 1,000 per hour.
If the guest's behavior on the day of departure prevents Tauhaus from properly preparing for new guests, the provider is entitled to claim compensation from the guest or the person who made the booking for damages and lost profits, in particular for costs, cancellations, penalties, and obligations to compensate new guests incurred as a result of the guest's failure to leave the accommodation facility.
Rights and obligations of guests
During registration and check-in at the accommodation facility, guests will be familiarized with the equipment of the house, controls, and how to use them properly.
Cash payments for services at the place of stay are only possible after prior agreement between the provider and the customer.
Wi-Fi connection is available in the building free of charge upon request. Due to the location of the building in a radio shadow, the provider does not guarantee the functionality of the connection or the quality of the signal.
Use of the accommodation facility is permitted to persons who are not suffering from serious infectious diseases.
Guests are not allowed to move equipment, carry out repairs or interfere with energy distribution, electrical networks, other installations, electrical appliances and other equipment of the accommodation facility in the room or common areas. Such a breach of duty is considered a gross violation of the Accommodation Rules.
Guests are not permitted to use their own electrical appliances in the accommodation facility, especially in the rooms. Exceptions are low-voltage electrical appliances (hygiene appliances, power supply and charging of phones/laptops/music speakers and other small electronic devices).
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of Tauhaus. In the event of a violation of this prohibition, the provider has the right to impose a contractual penalty of CZK 10,000 on the guests or the customer for each individual violation. This does not affect the provider's right to compensation for damage and lost profits exceeding the amount of the contractual penalty, in particular due to the removal of the consequences of the violation in the form of the dispatch of firefighting equipment, deep cleaning of the accommodation facility, etc.
Upon departure on the day of the end of their stay, the guest is obliged to hand over the property/room with the assistance of the provider's employee, who will check the condition of the property/room, record any damage and take it over from the guest, including all keys received. Leaving the accommodation facility in any other way (e.g., early morning departure) is only possible after prior agreement with a representative of the provider.
In case of loss of keys, a fee of CZK 1,000 per key will be charged.
For safety reasons, it is not advisable to leave children unattended by adults in the room and in other areas of Tauhaus. Adults are fully responsible for any damage caused by children.
The room is handed over to the guest in good condition. If the guest discovers any defects or malfunctions during their stay, they are obliged to report this immediately to Tauhaus staff.
Guests may only use the room facilities for the purposes for which they are intended and are fully liable for any damage caused. If such damage to the property/room or its contamination occurs to such an extent that it cannot be rented again after cleaning, the guest undertakes to pay on the spot in cash, in addition to the work necessary to repair the damage or contamination, the lost profit consisting of the rental price for the days of downtime and the related compensation for new guests. Such a breach of duty is considered a gross violation of the Accommodation Rules.
Guests are not allowed to allow persons who are not properly registered for accommodation and have not paid the accommodation fee to stay overnight. Such a breach of duty is considered a gross violation of the Accommodation Rules.
The provider is not responsible for items brought into the building or garden by guests. The provider is not liable for damage to guests' property or theft of items left unattended on the premises.
Guests may park their vehicles only in designated areas. The accommodation provider is not responsible for theft of vehicles or items left in them.
Friendly pets are welcome guests at Tauhaus. However, we ask their owners to ensure that their pets comply with our Accommodation Rules. Guests are required to report their pets in advance. The provider is entitled to refuse accommodation to animals prone to aggressive behavior. The owner of the animal is obliged to keep it clean when moving around the premises and is fully responsible for any damage caused by it to the property of the provider and the equipment of Tauhaus.
Guests acknowledge that all outdoor areas are continuously monitored by a camera system. The purpose is to protect property and increase personal safety. All related rights and obligations are set out in the General Terms and Conditions available at https://www.tauhaus.cz/cz/obchodni-podminky. Guests are required to familiarize themselves with these terms and conditions and comply with them to the extent that they apply to them.
Between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., guests are required to observe quiet hours in the accommodation facility.
The unfenced garden area is freely accessible to guests for leisure activities. We ask all guests to behave responsibly towards their health and the surrounding nature. We and nature will be very grateful!

Guests are required to comply with the provisions of these Accommodation Rules throughout their stay. In the event of a gross or repeated violation of the Accommodation Rules, the provider has the right to terminate the stay of the customer/guest before the end of the agreed period without compensation.
